As a result of strong growth and an ambitious future development strategy we are looking to extend our UK product team.
Working in tandem with the software development team, you will responsible for preparing the content for our UK statutory accounting systems, maintaining the existing material and planning for the future across a range of business types. You will be at the heart of our future development strategy, identifying all the relevant statutory changes that affect our accounting product suite, and ensuring that the software meets these requirements. You will also be liaising with the CaseWare International software development team, ensuring that our new feature requirements are understood and delivered.
The role therefore is a combination of research, authoring and basic software development. It is ideal for someone looking to use their statutory accounting experience as a means of changing their career path, to enter the IT industry and learn a new skill set.
We will provide all of the software technical training required, and we will ensure that you meet the CPD requirements in order to maintain your current accounting qualifications and status.

Skills and knowledge:
- An understanding of financial reporting and accounting, at UK GAAP and IFRS level
- Organised and a good communicator
- Highly motivated, be able to work autonomously and willing to be an active contributor to the improvement of our products

- Knowledge of CaseWare Working Papers would be beneficial, but not essential

As the leading vendor of accounts production and audit systems to accountants in practice and industry, CaseWare is expanding rapidly. In order to meet growing demand we are seeking to appoint suitably experienced individuals to assist in training our new customers on a self-employed basis.
Supplementing our in-house training team, we are specifically seeking to build our pool of consultants to cover the North East & Scotland, the North West, the Midlands, Wales and the South West and Ireland.
Day rates are very attractive and all bookings will be handled for trainers by CaseWare. Comprehensive training is provided with accreditation on completion.
These roles are ideal for individuals with accounting experience and will ideally hold a recognised accounting qualification and be a member of a professional body. We will also give consideration to applicants with suitable training and software experience.

As a result of strong growth across Europe we are looking to extend our product team in the region. The position will involve working with existing international clients, and new prospects, as we continue to open up new territories. The role will involve training clients on our software and templates, localising our software and templates, and working with the team in Toronto to keep the product set updated with all latest releases. You will also be required to liaise with our translation services as and when required.
You will be working in an international environment, and although essentially office based it is likely that there will be travelling involved. The position is with CaseWare Europe, and the location of the role (UK or Netherlands offices) will depend of the strength of the applicants we receive.

CaseWare UK Ltd, a global provider of Accountancy and Audit Software, is looking to recruit a Technical Support Consultant to work at our prestigious new office premises in Maidstone.
You will be part of our growing telephone support team, assisting our corporate and professional client base with a wide range of software queries. Full training will be provided, not just as you start but as you continue to develop your technical and customer service knowledge.
Candidates should be articulate, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels. You should also possess strong IT skills and ideally have experience of working in an accounts and auditing environment.
