CaseWare Achieves 100% Recommendation in Independent ICAEW Survey

CaseWare, the international financial reporting solutions software provider, has received a sensational 100% approval rating from its customers, in an independent, nationwide survey.  According to the latest 'IT in Accountancy Practices Report 2011' from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales; every existing CaseWare user questioned as a part of the report, claimed they would recommend the company's Accounts Production software.

It's a massive endorsement for CaseWare whose increase in market share to 10% now ensures their product is positioned above Sage Accounts Production (SAP) and Digita Accounts Production; reflecting the Company's growth outside of its core UK market of the top 100 practices.

There was more bad news for competitors as CaseWare outshone the market's largest operators in the most important categories for software: performance.  The company surpassed its main competitors for reliability, on-going support and initial service and matched the sector's market leader for performance. 

CaseWare continues to dominate the market for larger firms supplying more organisations with seven or more partners than anyone else in this sector and achieving a brand share of 90%.  And, with that 100% recommendation rating, it's easy to see why more and more organisations are turning to CaseWare for financial reporting and paperless audit solutions.  

The independent survey is carried out by ICAEW (The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).  It highlights which software products are currently being used and how satisfied users are with them, providing a useful insight for companies that are selecting new, or replacement software, as well as proving extremely useful to software suppliers themselves.
