You have access to all downloads and a whole suite of technical content, including explanations of how to deal with specific accounting disclosures, updates on statutory changes that apply to the software and notification of core application upgrades.

Use the forum to make enquiries and share your solutions with other CaseWare administrators.

With GoToAssist we can quickly set up a secure remote connection that allows our technician to view the client's screen and deal with your support call quickly and efficiently.

Secure file transfer
This feature is provided as part of our Support service to allow the secure upload and download of large CaseWare files.
Please use this service where your files are too large for attaching to emails, or where you consider the security of email to be insufficient.
