CaseWare solutions are very intuitive and easy to use, but we strongly advise all of our customers to maximise a rapid return on investment by investing in our excellent training programmes.

Training is provided on-site and via public courses at our offices in Goudhurst.

Introduction to Accounts Production - 1 Day

A case-study based course covering the whole CaseWare accounts production process. It covers everything from importing data through to accounts editing and finalisation, and is a perfect introduction to the workings of CaseWare.

Paperless Audit - 1 Day

This course is aimed at users and reviewers looking to adopt a paperless audit approach, and covers each stage of the audit process, from planning to review. Users completely new to CaseWare should attend the basic half-day Working Papers course before attending the audit sessions.

Charity Accounts - 1 Day (half day if already a CaseWare user)

Case-study based, this course focuses on the specific skills needed to process charity accounts efficiently, and includes sessions on the editing and finalisation of charity accounts. Users who are already familiar with preparing UK GAAP accounts on CaseWare should only need a half-day session.

Pension Accounts - 1 Day (half day if already a CaseWare user)

Case-study based, this course focuses on the specific skills needed to process pension accounts efficiently, and includes sessions on the editing and finalisation of accounts. Special attention is also given to the range of options available when editing Trustee, Investment and Actuarial reports. Users who are already familiar with preparing UK GAAP accounts on CaseWare should only need a half-day session.

Group Accounts - 1 Day (half day if already a CaseWare user)

Case-study based, this course focuses on the specific skills needed to process consolidated accounts efficiently, and includes sessions on the editing and finalisation of accounts. Special attention is also given to the consolidation process and the specific working papers and tools available when preparing group statements . Users who are already familiar with preparing UK GAAP accounts on CaseWare should only need a half-day session.

Working Papers Toolkit - Half Day

This is an essential course for users new to CaseWare who are intending to adopt a paperless audit approach. It covers data importing, mapping, electronic working papers and the management of security settings and review points.

It is also been useful for any firm who currently uses CaseWare Accounts Production and would like to refresh their training in the specific area of paperless working.

IFRS - 1 or 2 days depending on requirements and CaseWare experience

The CaseWare IFRS template is a very sophisticated accounts production tool, with a huge number of editing and presentation options available. Firms may also wish to manage their own technical content and user policies, and the template has superb tools for delivering a business-specific financial accounts application.

We are always happy to discuss specific requirements for these IFRS sessions.

Super user and Internal support training - Half day/1 day

These courses are aimed at experienced users who wish to delve deeper into CaseWare's general functionality, or who wish to have a deeper understanding of specific areas of the system. This is also ideal for internal support teams who may wish to understand more about the 'back engine' of the system.

The content of these courses is discussed and agreed with you before the sessions are delivered.

CaseView design - 1 or 2 days depending on the project being undertaken

CaseView is the accounts and working paper design tool that provides firms and businesses the power to automate a wide range of automated processes and services. This could cover such areas as management accounts, summarised financials, analytical review and automated working papers.

Learning CaseView will dramatically increase automation, enhance efficiency and of course profitability.
