Use the KnowledgeBase to access to a complete library of technical content, including explanations of how to deal with specific accounting disclosures, updates on statutory changes that apply to the software and notifications of core application upgrades. Use the KnowledeBase to access our free online chat for instant messaging with our Support Team. 

How to Register for the KnowledgeBase
All users need to be registered for free access to the KnowledgeBase. If you don't already have a username and password, please click here to request access.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

Secure File Transfer

Please note that we take security very seriously at CaseWare and only
send and receive files through our secure Citrix ShareFile service.

Citrix ShareFile provides a simple way of transferring large files and sensitive data, securely and quickly to allow the secure upload and download of CaseWare files and other confidential documents. ShareFile offers encryption, strong passwords and the control of access to specified directories that you do not get with email. We strongly recommend using our ShareFile services to transfer files to and from our Technical Support team.

ShareFile is now a Citrix owned company and all servers and backup servers reside within the EU. To comply with Data Protection all files older than 4 days will be automatically deleted.

Both users and super users will be setup on ShareFile unless otherwise instructed by you. Once your account has been activated, you will receive an automated email with a user ID and password.
