CaseWare Support Christmas Opening Hours

In order to assist you in planning your workload, the CaseWare Support Team will be available at the following times over the festive period:

09:00 – 17:00

Monday 24th December


Tuesday 25th December


Wednesday 26th December


Thursday 27th December

09:00 – 17:00

Friday 28th December

09:00 – 17:00

Monday 31st December

09:00 – 15:00

Tuesday 1st January


Please note our office will be closed on 24th December until 27th December, and will close at 15:00 on Monday 31st December.

Out of hours support is available through our online resources via our KnowledgeBase, where you will find over 2,500 articles and 150 Quick-Vids to assist you with any queries you may have. Please note that our online chat facility will be unavailable while our offices are closed. If you do not have a KnowledgeBase account, we advise that you sign up for an account before the busy festive period.

The Support Team will resume our usual office hours from Wednesday 2nd January and will be available between 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
