Introducing our new KnowledgeBase

Our resources team have been working hard to improve your KnowledgeBase this year. We are pleased to announce that the new and improved KnowledgeBase went live on 19th November.

We’ve given it a fresh new look and made it easier to navigate, creating a better user experience. We have kept everything you love from our existing KnowledgeBase, including our increasingly popular support chat functionality, over 2,500 articles, Quick-Vids and webinar recordings, and we have improved and introduced new features such as:

1. Improved search functionality including drilldown and relevant suggestions for more accurate search results
2. Announcements banner which is regularly updated with the latest support news
3. Enhanced the layout to make it more intuitive, leading to a more streamlined use
4. A “first steps” section for you and your staff to get started with CaseWare
5. The download area will now only show relevant updates for super-users, making the ePack update process easier
