I joined CaseWare in 2007 after a number of years working as a Product Trainer in the Accounts Software industry. I head up the Education & Media Team, in addition to managing client implementation and training sessions.

How has your career changed since you first started working at CaseWare?
The role has changed a lot! When I joined CaseWare my role as a Training Consultant kept me very busy delivering live client training and running implementations. In the first couple of years I also assisted in delivering Technical support for clients which was really beneficial in learning the product and our end users requirements. 10 years ago I became the Training Manager and the team and I spent a lot of time on the road delivering live client training and implementations.
In recent years we have seen an increase in requests for training to move away from traditional classroom sessions and shift towards digital learning and the virtual classroom. We responded by increasing our range of e-courses, and developing Quickvid tutorials and a comprehensive webinar series. In addition to increasing content we analysed the Training team structure, and as a result, renamed the team the Education & Media Team to support and reflect the variation of training services that we deliver.
