Graham Rotter Account Manager

I joined CaseWare in 2013 with extensive account management experience. I am the Account Manager at CaseWare that covers London and the South East and looks after our existing clients as well as helping with business growth by working with corporates and practices of all sizes, to introduce our products to their firms.

How did you get into Account Management? 
I have always been in an Account management based role within the software industry, however I was excited to join CaseWare and be a part of a cutting edge firm that sets the standards within the industry. 


What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to play and watch both rugby and golf. I watch my son sail; and my wife and daughter ride and compete. Also going on long dog walks; which helps clear and focus the mind.

What does a typical day at work look like for you?
What I love about my role is that each day is different. Talking and listening to both clients and prospects to enable them to work more efficiently is something I really enjoy. My role involves a lot of travel so I work from home a lot, which gives me time I need to dedicate to our clients without adding an additional commute to my day. However, I do attend our head office at least once a month and I love being part of a team that puts the client at the centre of what we do.
