Sally Brown Technical Support Team Leader

I am AAT qualified and worked in the accountancy industry for 20 years in a variety of roles before joining CaseWare in 2014.  I joined CaseWare as a Technical Support Consultant before being promoted to a team leader in 2016.

What do you enjoy about working for CaseWare?
I love recruiting new starters into the team and developing them to their full potential.  It is really rewarding to see the progression that team members make as they settle into their role and get to know our products and customers.


What do you like to do outside of work?
I love spending time with my children and socialising with my friends. I am also an avid runner and try to get out running as much as possible. 

What does a typical day at work look like for you?
A typical day for me involves ensuring all client calls and queries are covered by the Technical Support staff and supporting my colleagues in their role. As a team leader I also meet regularly with the other team leaders in the department to make sure we are providing the best possible service to our customers, while encouraging development within the team.
