I have been with CaseWare since it was incorporated in 1997, under the name of Credence Software. Prior to this I worked for AuditWare Systems, the former distributor of CaseWare and before that I worked in publishing for several years. I am the HR Manager at CaseWare as well as being in charge of the day to day running of the office.

How has your career changed since you first started working at CaseWare?
My initial role was that of Sales Administrator, but as the company grew my role evolved not only to accommodate the needs of the company but my work interests too. I branched out into managing the general running of the office as well as learning to run the payroll. As we expanded, the requirement for a dedicated HR professional became apparent and turned out to be the niche that I would find most rewarding. As a result, I later formalised several years of experience by gaining a diploma in HR Management and becoming an associate member of the CIPD.
